About me

I'm Michael Paul Bradshaw, MSc Eng — an AI Research Engineer with over a decade of experience delivering reliable enterprise, high-traffic, and distributed data-processing systems in C#, .NET, and SQL. I'm now completing an MSc in Artificial Intelligence, and I'm focused on bringing that production-engineering discipline to real-world AI/ML systems — building things that are robust and scalable, not just accurate in a notebook. Terra-AID and MEyeTunes (see Projects) are both part of that shift.

How I work: results-focused, collaborative, and comfortable picking up unfamiliar technical domains — the same instinct that had me learning iOS development from scratch for MEyeTunes, and PyTorch and Vision Transformers from scratch for Terra-AID. If an existing design is redundant or isn't the right fit for what's actually needed, I'd rather build the better version than work around it just because it's already there.

I'm looking for AI/ML engineering roles where that combination is useful: turning research-grade models into production-ready systems.
